Refund Policy

Generally, we do not encourage refunds except in exceptional circumstances. However, in the case of any faulty, defective, or damaged product, we will refund the product price after proper verification.

Exchange Policy

Our exchange/return policy allows you to return or exchange any Belmonte product you have purchased. Returns or exchanges are completely free of charge. We will gladly provide you with a credit note for future purchases or process an exchange if the request is made within 7 days from the date of purchase.

You only need to ensure the following:

1. The product must be new and unblemished.
2. The product must be returned or exchanged in the original packaging (packet/box).
3. Do not write, mark, overwrite, or apply any additional stickers or tape on the original packaging.
4. The original invoice, tags, and labels must be intact and in proper condition.
5. Clearly state the reason for the exchange or return in writing and include it with the returned item.
6. Send an email explaining the reason for the return or exchange to info@belmontebd.com.

N:B: Please note that discounted or special offer items are not eligible for exchange or return.
