Refund & Return Policy

We always want to achieve our customer’s ultimate satisfaction. And following this, we did our best to make a return policy with extended service, which is suitable for our valuable customer.

If any of our Product failed to meet the quality parameter, such as –

• Physically Damaged Product.
• Major Defects.
• Size, fitting or color issue.
• If Belmonte Fabrics Ltd delivers the wrong items to the customer.
• If Product is Lost during shipment.
• If any technical error occurred – Wrong Order placement, Money Deduction, Wrong measurement.

• If you face any issue with our Product, immediately call us (10:00am To 9:00pm) (+8801700-0000000 ) or, you can directly message us on Official Facebook page / Instagram Account (https://www.facebook.com/belmontefabricsltd/) once you receive the Product (within 24hour).
• Alternatively, you can go to your nearest Belmonte .outlet to return the Product and exchange the desired one (Note: if that similar Product is available on that specific outlet).
• Original invoice condition the tag is Carefully preserved.
• Make an email explaining reasons for returning/ exchange purchase product to support @belmontebd.com
• If it’s not possible, then you can send your Product to our warehouse address –

• Do not write mark, or put any extra sticker on the original pack.

1. Customer need to send us the scan copy or image of the invoice of the courier service that customer used during return process.
2. After receiving the Product, Belmonte Fabrics Ltd. has full authority to take decision whether the Product will be applicable for exchange or refund policy.
3. As per policy, all the refunds by Belmonte Febrics Ltd. will be issued as a Voucher for future online purchases from Belmonte Febrics Ltd. (website link input).
4. Any Product sold under any/Discount offer cannot be exchanged or returned, unless the product is defective or damaged.
